Our driver and employee recognition program focuses on spreading positivity and celebrating the incredible work of our team. We invite you to nominate anyone who has made a positive impact, big or small. Nominees will have the chance to be named Driver or Employee of the Month and receive an award. I’m beginning my shift at 23:00, and I get an email from Kathy concerning loading in Texas. I’m not on that board, but to see someone who continuously keeps her drivers updated and communicates any issues about the operation on a day-to-day basis, including weekends, shows a huge amount of dedication to the team. Kathy truly goes above and beyond. I greatly appreciate the hard work she puts in.
