During a recent blizzard/ice storm, Nicole went above and beyond to make sure a customer received their scheduled load. The normal 5-hour one-way trip ended up taking 8 hours. She drove safely and was determined to get it done. While most everyone else was either home or wishing they were, she was out doing her best!
