"I really like working at LGT, so I talked to other owner operators and asked a lot of questions. I did my research and got feedback from a few people, which really helped. There’s a lot of communication here—everyone is forthcoming and transparent—so I felt like I was in good hands."
"I like the fact that it doesn't have a corporate feel. Pam, the owner, has an open door policy so if I want to talk to the person in charge of everything I can just walk in there or shoot over an email or call the office and go through any issues I have or discuss anything. And on top of that the equipment is nice and I enjoy the variety of work."
